Great place to stay in Mana. It's surrounded by things-to-do in a 20 to 45 min radius. The building is nice, and they have a nice pool. The condo I stayed in was clean and comfortable. They do have a little problem with cockroaches. Furthermore, the staff was friendly, and there is a convenient little grocery store downstairs just outside. I fyou are going to stay here for a little while be aware that the road in front of the buidling is very busy. You'll hear it all the time and when you plan a trip to the mall or park, take 5 or 10 minutes extra travel time because of that road.

The place is infested with cockroaches. Beware of staying here. The surrounding area is also very sketchy at night, with many homeless and tambays loitering around.

The building itself is beautiful, and the grounds are nice looking but there is a hidden danger you should be aware of is loaded with giant cockroaches. I do not recommend living here for any period.The lobby staff is helpful. I do feel like it is a safe place with good security but when I told the staff there were giant cockroaches in the hallway they didn't seem phased at all. It was the norm for them.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly! Also, the rooms are very amazing and spacious. Plus, you can see the maintenance cleaning the windows from time to time. The pool is very great! It is huge but what's not good in it is that it is shallow, but they do weekly maintenances, which is why the pool is always clean. Also, the outside premises is not very great because of bad smell and some stray kids and dogs. But anyway, this place is highly recommended!
